Job Vacancy: Field Sales Representative, West Midlands

Your role is to represent and promote the Company’s product range to customers, to generate sales enquiries from both new and existing accounts and achieve budgeted sales and margin within your territory that conform to Company guidelines.

Your role is to identify key accounts and build strong relationships with those customers, providing an excellent standard of ongoing customer care. You will need to plan territory visits to ensure that customers are contacted at the required frequency. In order to be successful in the role you will need to be proactive and assertive in seeking new business and re-activating dormant accounts.

The candidate we are looking for will hold experience of proactive sales and customer account management; OR if you have good experience of the timber industry but no external sales experience yet the potential and relevant skills to develop into the role with our training and support, we would be happy to consider you; you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound commercial awareness, be highly driven and self-motivated to achieve goals, someone who responds to challenge with a natural ‘can-do’ attitude that gets you results. You will have effective organisational skills and a full clean driving licence.
