Important Message to International Timber Customers - Serious fraudulent phishing attempt

To all our customers: please be aware of a ‘phishing scam’ that we’re aware of, to ask our customers to change the payment bank account details they hold for their International Timber trading account. Please be assured, we’re not making any changes to our bank details, and will never contact customers by email to advise them of such changes. Even though some customers may have also had what appears to be a genuine letter from us seeking these changes, they are fraudulent. Unfortunately these sort of attempted scams are becoming more and more frequent – so constant vigilance is needed. Please only use the contact details for our Credit Control Office that appears on our customer statements and, in all circumstances customers should only make payments to the bank Account listed on the back of their Account Statement. We’re here to offer any advice on this you may need.
