International Timber joins the Timber Trade Federation

International Timber, the UK’s leading importer and supplier of timber products, has joined The Timber Trade Federation (TTF) - the leading organisation representing timber and wood products supply chain.

Part of the Saint-Gobain Group, a leading company in the design, production and distribution of materials for the construction, industrial and consumer markets, International Timber is now a full member of the TTF.

John White, Chief Executive of the TTF said: “We are delighted to welcome International Timber to the Federation. Their size and experience in UK and international markets will be of enormous value in our various work streams and we look forward to their input.”

Tony Miles, Managing Director of International Timber said: “We are very pleased to be joining and are looking forward to working with the TTF especially in continuing their work in improving standards throughout the trade on responsible sourcing and product quality. The TTF has worked hard to design and implement an industry wide code of conduct, including the Responsible Purchasing Policy (RPP) and we hope we can add to this process.”
