International Timber tops the table in latest customer satisfaction survey
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, as we believe it’s key to know what our customers think and feel about our products and services. This is why we have partnered again with TLF Research to conduct a survey to make sure that we continue to provide a high-quality service to our customers.
Over 186 people were interviewed in the survey, with many providing us with really useful feedback.
We’re very happy to see that our Satisfaction Index increased from 83.8% last year to 85.8%, which moves us into the top quartile of comparable UK manufacturing businesses – something which we are incredibly proud of.
Over half of respondents said they would recommend International Timber to other business associates. This really shows that the improvements we have made over the past year are having a positive impact on our customers.
Meanwhile, our colleagues were rated highly by our customers, with many people commending us for being easy to contact and work with.
We were highly commended by our customers for having superb product quality, a great range of products and for delivering our products in good condition. This shows our commitment to providing great products and efficient delivery for our customers.
Our customers also praised us for dealing with supply shortages over the last 12 months, with one saying:
“I think they have done a very good job as it has been very difficult. There have been shortages across the market, but they have kept in contact with when it will arrive, and nine times out of ten it has arrived when they said it will.”
