The 2022 Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions Awards go live

The third Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions Awards have officially launched!

The awards, which are held annually, look to recognise outstanding achievements and hard work of colleagues across the division, which includes International Timber, Intrastack, Pasquill, Roofspace Solutions and Scotframe. 

This year, the format for the awards has changed, as colleagues will be recognised and rewarded at a brand level within four categories. Each winner within each category from each brand will then represent their brand at the overall OSS awards ceremony in 2022. 

The awards ceremony will take place at Hilton Hotel Coventry in January 2022, where there will be one person in each of the seven categories recognised as the Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions winner.

The brand awards include:

• Outstanding Contribution to EHS

An individual who has made a positive impact to the business, to others and to themselves within the Environmental and Health & Safety area.

• Innovation Award

A colleague who has been innovative and introduced something new/different which has gained positive results.

• Newcomer of the Year

A team member who has made a significant impact on the business within a short period of time (less than 2 years and more than 6 months).

• Outstanding Contribution to OSS

A colleague who has delivered a campaign or initiative above and beyond their role that has either benefited the business, their team or their local community.

The following three awards will be nominated by the management team of each brand and the winners will be judged by the Off-Site Solutions judging panel as the overall winner for each category. 

• Best Collaboration

A colleague or team who have initiated a cross-brand, team or department piece of work that has achieved positive results, benefiting all parties.

• Operations / Team of the Year

A Site/Team that is the epitome of operational or manufacturing excellence, providing outstanding service, product quality and support to customers and colleagues. A Site / Team that demonstrates the highest standards in EHS performance, delivery performance and business controls, continually contributing to improving service to branches through supply chain.

• Design / Sales Team of the Year

A team that demonstrates the highest standards in EHS, sales performance, customer experience, outstanding service and systems compliance – who live the Saint-Gobain Attitude of Building an Open and Engaging Culture in their branch / business.
