We’ve now joined the Millionaire’s Club

We are thrilled to announce that we’ve now joined Saint-Gobain’s Millionaire’s Club after achieving one million hours without a ‘lost-time’ accident on site.

A special congratulations to our team for securing this enviable milestone. The team has gone above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of our team, temporary workers and subcontractors whilst in operation on-site. The CEO of Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland, Mike Chaldecott will be presenting the award to the team.

This is monumental for us as a business; it reflects our commitment and success in implementing and managing a culture of safety, whilst continuing to remain productive and profitable.

Managing Director, Paul Martin, commented: “As part of the Saint-Gobain Group, we have an objective to ensure there are zero work-related illnesses and zero accidents. I am very proud to say that International Timber is playing an integral part in ensuring this target is met.

“I am thrilled that we are receiving this award and that we’re now welcomed into the Millionaire’s Club. This is an incredibly important accolade; one that is reflective of our teams’ diligence and commitment to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of each other, and of our customers.

“One million hours without any lost-time to accident is no small feat, and I cannot congratulate the team enough.”
