International Timber recently completed their second project for Tungsten Properties, after supplying decorative cladding for several retail units to the Heart of England Co-operative Society.

Duraclad Flush 150 in Cedar was used by the developer on the scheme and the overall feedback was positive.

Mark Bailey, Contractor at Tungsten Properties said: “We were very happy with the service delivered by International Timber and the result. The materials were delivered on-time and in good order and the communication was flawless throughout the process.

“There is no reason why we wouldn’t use International Timber going forward as they have a great track record and we are beginning to develop a good working relationship with them.”

The project was handed over on the 25th November and now the fit-out contracts are underway.

One unit is currently let to a Co-op Express store, whilst other occupiers include Greggs, Topps Tiles, Johnsons Cleaners, The Salvation Army and Costa Coffee.

This is the second project in 12 months that International Timber has completed for Tungsten, which followed on from a project in Ashby earlier this year.

The partnership between International Timber and Tungsten Properties will undoubtedly continue to flourish.
